Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom has been witnessed allegedly throwing a punch at pop singer Justin Bieber at a restaurant in Ibiza.
Footage filmed on a smartphone outside a restaurant in Ibiza shows Bloom, who is wearing a white shirt, gesticulating as he confronts Bieber, who is surrounded by a group of men.
Onlookers reported hearing Bieber scream at Bloom "What's up,bitch?"
